Q&A

What should I wear?
Do not over think this.  For newborns, plan on no clothing or just a diaper cover.  Hats, headbands, legwarmers and special blankets are also good choices.  For children, solid colors look great.  But, don’t be afraid of fun patterns – polkadots, stripes, etc. can be funky and cool for individual photos. The layered “urban” look is definitely in right now.  Hoods and hats make great accessories.  If your child has a favorite blanket or stuffed animal, feel free to bring it.  The only clothing I would suggest avoiding would be shirts and shoes with characters on them.  Also, try to avoid the typical white shirt and blue jeans/khakis look.  If you’re having group photos taken, please don’t assume that just because there are multiple people in the picture that you all have to match.  Multiple, complimentary colors are your best option.  If you’re still having trouble figuring out what to wear, I am always available to help, so please don’t hesitate to contact me.

What type of payment do you accept?
At this time, I accept cash or check.

How long do you keep my images on file?
All images included in your digital portrait package will be archived for 1 year from the date of your session.  All unedited images will be purged 30 days after your session.

Can I post my photos on my blog or Facebook?
Sure!  Go for it.  Show them off 🙂

Do you offer prints or traditional sessions not including the digital portrait package?
I typically only offer sessions including the digital portrait package. That being said, if there is a situation where that will not work for someone, please contact me and I’ll see what I can do.  You may still order prints through Kerry Lee Photography as well as stretched canvases, mounted prints, etc.  Please contact me for information and pricing.

Please feel free to contact me with any other questions you may have.  I’m here to help.
